Formula Retail

Overview

In 2018, the City Council adopted Ordinance No. 431 to regulate formula retail establishments citywide and the Ordinance became effective on June 1, 2018. In summary, the Ordinance only applies to shopping centers more than 10,000 square feet. New tenants will need a Planning Clearance.
