The Case Project

PROJECT STATUS

Lot 1 through 5 single-family residences are currently under construction. On February 3, the Planning Commission approved a coastal development permit for a temporary skate park on Lot 7.  

Project Overview

The Case Project, formerly known as the Crummer Site Subdivision, proposed project includes the development of five single-family residences on an irregularly shaped, approximately 24-acre vacant, bluff top parcel located on the southeast corner of Malibu Canyon Rd and PCH that includes coastal bluff and inland bluff features. The project also included the dedication of Lot 7, 1.74 acres, immediately adjacent to the City of Malibu Bluffs Park, and $1,000,000 to be develop Lot 7 for recreational use.
