NEW SUBMITTAL CHECKLIST PROCESS
Starting on Monday, August 1, 2022, the Planning Department staff will provide application submittal requirements and fees on behalf of other City Departments and provide a completed Submittal Checklist to the applicant.
How to obtain your Submittal Checklist: In order to provide the applicant with the most accurate information on the Submittal Checklist, a Pre-Submittal Questionnaire will be required for most types of applications (see the form for exceptions). In order to obtain your Submittal Checklist, please send your request to the Planning Department via the Online Submittal Portal.
