Environmental Review

The City of Malibu has published a Notice of Intent to Adopt a Mitigated Negative Declaration for the proposed project. The City completed an Initial Study which was circulated for a 30-day review period (November 14 - December 14, 2016). The City issued a Final Initial Study and Mitigated Negative Declaration, which contains 19 comment letters received, responses to the comments, and a final chapter with Corrections and Additions. These updates clarify and make minor corrections and edits to the Draft IS/MND, and add conditions to address comments made.
