Environmental Impact Report (EIR)
In 2008, the City Council certified the La Paz Ranch Revised Final Environmental Impact Report (EIR). Subsequently, as part of the PCH/ Cross Creek Improvement project, Addendum No. 1 was certified by the Planning Commission in 2015. The Revised Final EIR and Addendum No. 1 are available for review using the links below.
