Community organizations and individuals may donate money and equipment to the City of Malibu for park enhancements and beautification projects. The City accepts enhancements such as native plants, trees, or memorial items for installations at City parks or facilities.
Donors must abide by the Park Enhancement and Donation Guidelines, which were adopted by Council on February 9, 2026.
Please provide the location and enhancement item for your donation. Please refer to the Park Enhancement and Donation Program Guidelines to determine which enhancement items are eligible at each location.
Provide details explaining why the selected location holds special significance for the donor or honoree, including any personal, historical, or community connections.
Provide comprehensive details describing the donor’s or honoree’s connection to Malibu, including their history, involvement, contributions, and any meaningful ties to the community.
Submitted applications will be reviewed by the Community Services Director to ensure the donation meets the Guideline criteria and/or if there is a need for the donation. Following the initial review, applications will be presented annually to the Parks and Recreation Commission for approval recommendation.
The signatories hereto warrants and represents that he or she is competent and authorized to enter into this Agreement on behalf of the party for whom he or she purports to sign. The Parties agree that this Contract, agreements ancillary to this Contract, and related documents to be entered into in connection with this Contract will be considered signed when the signature of a party is delivered physically or by facsimile transmission or scanned and delivered via electronic mail. Such facsimile or electronic mail copies will be treated in all respects as having the same effect as an original signature.
