Malibu residents are invited to the City of Malibu, the US Resiliency Council and the Resource Conservation District of the Santa Monica Mountains' Resiliency Workshop, "Resiliency Strategies for Malibu’s Built Environment: Building Technologies and Preparing for the Future," Wednesday, May 15, 6:00 PM at City Hall.
Join us for this free workshop, part of the City's Resilient Malibu Workshop Series, and learn how to build better performing buildings in natural disasters from building design and landscape experts. The workshop will highlight innovative architecture and structural systems, resilience-based design for wildfire, earthquakes, and landslides, and the effects of climate change.
