MALIBU WIRELESS COMMUNICATION FACILITY ORDINANCE UPDATE HEARING scheduled for march 1
On Monday, March 1, the Planning Commission will hold a virtual public hearing on the draft Wireless Communication Facility (WCF) ordinance updates. The staff report for the hearing will be posted prior to the meeting on the City’s website. Viewing and commenting instructions are available on the City website. The hearing originally scheduled to take place on February 16 and rescheduled. Staff is working with Malibu for Safe Technology to get input on the draft ordinance. After the Planning Commission makes its recommendation on the draft ordinance, a City Council public hearing will be scheduled. In addition to public meetings, the City will be releasing an online survey in the near future as part of efforts to incorporate community input. For more information visit the project web page.
