Solid Waste HaulersAny private waste hauler collecting solid waste within the City of Malibu, including Construction and Demolition waste, must obtain an AB 939 Compliance Permit (a.k.a. Waste Hauler Permit) annually. Malibu permitted haulers are required to obtain a Permit, submit quarterly disposal reports, and pay applicable AB 939 compliance fees.
