Health & Wellness Expo
Free and Open to the Public!
Malibu, CA (Oct. 1, 2014) - The Malibu Senior Center will host a Health and Wellness Expo on Thursday, October 23, from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM. Meet local service providers and learn about healthy aging! Informational booths include medical doctors, chiropractors, health and wellness businesses and senior care providers.
Informational Lectures Include:
Medicine Cabinet Makeover: How to Choose and Use Nature’s Pharmacy: 11:00 AM - Presented by Cindy Lu and Earl Martin, Malibu Essential Oils
Better Bones: Keeping Our Bones Healthy as We Age:
12:00 PM - Presented by Dr. Andrea Shaw, UCLA Malibu
What . . . Me Hard of Hearing?? 1:00 PM - Presented by Dr. Alison Freeman
The first 50 people to RSVP will receive a FREE lunch. In addition, all participants will receive a free raffle ticket, with drawings being held at 11:55 AM, 12:55 PM, and 2:00 PM. Participants must be present to win.
The Expo will be held at Malibu City Hall, in the Multi-Purpose Room, 23825 Stuart Ranch Road, Malibu.
