The City of Malibu Disaster Council will hold a public meeting to review the draft Mass Evacuation Plan on Thursday, January 30 at 10:00 AM at City Hall (23825 Stuart Ranch Road, Malibu CA 90265). The draft plan is based on the multi-agency, tabletop evacuation exercise conducted last August, the work of three sub-groups, and data from the City’s traffic consultant. There will be a public comment period. Public comments may also be submitted by email to the City Clerk at CityClerk@MalibuCity.org. The meeting can be viewed live or later on-demand on the City website or Youtube channel. The agenda and staff report are posted on the website.
