[ARCHIVED] Dial-a-Ride Service Temporarily Suspended

Dial-a-Ride Suspended

Having received notification that Malibu Yellow Cab is no longer in operation, the City has temporarily suspended its Dial-a-Ride program. City staff are working to find a temporary service provider while the City goes out to bid for a new provider.

All registered Dial-A-Ride users are being contacted to inform them of the situation.

The City offers the Dial-a-Ride program to residents living in Malibu who are 60 years of age or older. The service was established to help the senior population with transportation to markets, the Senior Center, and other destinations within the city limits, as well as medical appointments in Santa Monica, West Los Angeles, and San Fernando Valley.
