Malibu Rebuilds - Community Gathering of Hope THURSDAY, Dec. 11, 11AM–1PM
Join us for Malibu Rebuilds – Community Gathering of Hope on Thursday, December 11, from 11:00 AM – 1:00PM at Malibu City Hall and live streaming on YouTube. This warm, family-friendly event is designed to bring our community together during the rebuild process and the holiday season.
Enjoy hot cocoa, tea, cider, and light breakfast snacks, and take part in meaningful and creative activities, including a Story Wall where you can share messages of hope, gratitude, and resilience. Kids can visit the Arts & Crafts Station for gingerbread home decorating, “dream home” coloring pages, and holiday craft kits.
Stop by the Environmental Programs Table for simple giveaways like reusable cutlery sets, lunchboxes, seed kits, and coloring books. Families can also write thank-you notes to first responders, neighbors, volunteers, and loved ones at the Letter Writing Station.
No RSVPs are needed, all are welcome as we come together for connection, comfort, and community healing.
