Older Adults in Malibu Invited to Connect with Services at the City’s 3rd Annual Senior Resource Fair, October 16 at City Hall
Older adults in Malibu are invited to explore a wide range of resources – including medical care, emergency preparedness, financial services, wellness program, cultural activities, and more – at the City of Malibu’s 3rd Annual Senior Resource Fair. The free event takes place on Thursday, October 16, 11:00 AM – 1:00 PM, at Malibu City Hall (23825 Stuart Ranch Road, Malibu).
This event reflects the City’s commitment to ensuring that our seniors have access to the supportive resources and services that they need to live vibrant, healthy, safe, fulfilling lives. The Senior Resource Fair is also a chance for our older adults to socialize and get to know some of the many dedicated organizations that serve them.
Featured vendors include Assisted Living Connections, Boys & Girls Club of Malibu Wellness Center, Malibu Library, BrightStar Care, Disability Community Resource Center, Wise & Healthy Aging, Santa Monica College Emeritus Program, Meals on Wheels West, LA Metro, Southern California Edison, Simpler Horizons Insurance Solutions, and the California Department of Financial Protection & Innovation, among others.
The first 50 attendees to RSVP will receive a complimentary boxed lunch. All participants will be eligible for terrific raffle prizes provided by the vendors. Complimentary light refreshments will be served.
