Onsite Wastewater Treatment System (OWTS) Inspectors Meeting

Wastewater practitioners are invited to join City staff for a collaborative morning meeting to provide valuable input and share professional perspectives.

This session is intended to foster open discussion between field practitioners and City representatives to help improve communication, clarify expectations, and identify practical solutions related to local wastewater systems.

Topics will include:

• Review of current OWTS (Onsite Wastewater Treatment System) guidelines and regulatory requirements
• Discussion of common questions and areas needing clarification
• Sharing field experiences, challenges, and best practices encountered during system installation, inspection, and maintenance
• Collaborate to improve practices and support for all practitioners
