The City of Malibu plans to replace two Norfolk Island Pine Trees located at 3900 Cross Creek Road in early 2026 under the guidance of a Certified Arborist and a Certified Wildlife Biologist. Over the past several years, the City has documented and assessed the health of the non-native Norfolk Island Pine Trees. Due to the declining health of the trees and associated risks, a Certified Arborist has recommended removal.
