This is a self-serve event; donation bin is located at the top of the parking lot
Donations accepted April 1-30
Malibu City celebrates 5 years of partnership with nonprofit Sustainable Surf by expanding the Waste to Waves program. Donate used wetsuits (any size or condition) to be recycled into yoga mats.
Sustainable Surf recycles polystyrene foam into surfboard blanks. Celebrate Ask your shaper to use these materials to create an ecoboard.
This is a self-serve event. Please do not contaminate the recycle bin with other materials.
- Donate used wetsuits and foam in the recycling bin at the top of the parking lot
- Bring #6 white block packing foam (used to pack electronics and appliances)
- Sorry - food containers and packing peanuts will be rejected
