Halloween Carnival

The City's annual Halloween Carnival will take place at Malibu Bluffs Park on Friday, October 27. Admission is free.   Guests can purchase “Jack Bucks” for $5 each, good for games, bounce houses and an art activity. 

  • Open to the public
  • Appropriate for children ages 2-10
  • The costume parades will begin at 3:30 PM and 4:30 PM
  • Carnival Games*
  • Trick or Treat along the City's hiking trails; easy to complete for young children who will be able to gather treats along the trail from Halloween characters; open from 3:30-4:30 PM.
  • Food Trucks: Border Grill Truck and Kona Ice Truck
  • Bounce Houses (bounce house close at 5:30 PM)


Teens interested in volunteering at the event need to register by October 25, 2017. All volunteers must have a volunteer registration card on file. For additional information, contact Katie Gallo, Recreation Supervisor, at 310-456-2489, ext. 363.
