Extended Hours for DRC. City Hall Open. Public Counter Open. Fire Rebuilding Kiosk Open

NEW - The Malibu Disaster Recovery Center (DRC) located in the former Malibu Courthouse (23555 Civic Center Way, Malibu CA 90265) is open from 10:00 AM instead of 1:00 PM through December 14, and starting December 1, FEMA can process applications on-site. The DRC provides a central location where people impacted by the fire can directly access services from the city, as well as county and federal government agencies and non-profits to help them recover and rebuild. Hours: Open Monday to Saturday, December 3 to 8, 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM. Closed on Sunday, December 9. Open Monday to Saturday, December 10 to 14, 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM. Closed on Sunday, December 15. Learn more at There is also a DRC in Agoura Hills, located at the Hilton Foundation Building (30440 Agoura Road, Agoura Hills CA 91301). 

City Hall is open regular hours Monday through Thursday, 7:30 AM - 5:30 PM and Friday 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM for the public to access services after being closed during the Woolsey Fire mandatory evacuation. All City departments are staffed and working. City Hall is located at 23825 Stuart Ranch Road, Malibu CA 90265.

The Planning and Building Safety Public Counter is Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 12:30 PM and in the afternoon by appointment. 

The Senior Center is open, but senior and recreation programs have not yet resumed. Trancas and Bluffs parks and the Malibu Community Swimming Pool remain temporarily closed. Las Flores Creek Park and Legacy Park are open. The City will announce when programs will resume and when facilities will re-open.

The Malibu Library (23519 West Civic Center Way) is also assisting the DRC by providing laptops, public PCs, WiFi, and space in the community meeting room. 

An additional DRC is open in Agoura Hills at the Hilton Foundation Building, 30440 Agoura Road, Agoura CA 91301.
