UPDATE 4/28, 2:00 PM – Watch video of April 27 City Council meeting. The Emergency Operations Center (EOC) Weekly Update is available to view. The Malibu Senior Center Monthly newsletter has activities and programs for seniors while staying home.

Malibu City Hall is closed. However, essential City staff, including the Emergency Operations Team, are working. The Emergency Operations Center (EOC) was activated on March 13 and is operating 7 days a week. Staff is answering the City’s main phone line (310-456-2489) Monday through Friday, and residents can also email questions to info@malibucity.org. Thank you for your patience – we will respond as quickly as possible.

EOC WEEKLY UPDATE FOR APRIL 27
The City activated its Emergency Operations Center (EOC) on March 13 and EOC staff have been working seven days a week since then to respond to the COVID-19 pandemic crisis. Every week the City makes a report available on the EOC's activities. The report for the week of April 27, as well as past weekly reports, is available online at

SENIOR CENTER MONTHLY NEWSLETTER AND STAY-AT-HOME PROGRAMS
While the Malibu Senior Center is closed during the stay-at-home orders, Senior Center staff are working to assist Malibu's older residents, including distributing the monthly “News and Views” newsletter. The newsletter features all kinds of activities, games and programs offered through the Community Services Department’s Virtual Recreation Center at www.MalibuCity.org/VirtualRec. The newsletter also has book and TV show recommendations, tips on spring cleaning while at home, and information about help and resources for seniors. Check it out online at
