Malibu's sixth annual safety and preparedness fair

The City of Malibu and Malibu Community Emergency Response Team (CERT) are working to help the community prepare for wildfires, earthquakes, and other disasters with the City’s annual Safety and Preparedness Fair. The event is tentatively scheduled for Saturday, June 1, 2024 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM. 

The free event will include a broad assortment of public safety and disaster preparedness topics such as PCH Safety, traffic safety, bicycle safety, animal safety, homelessness, and disaster preparedness.

The Fair is a great opportunity for kids to learn about emergency preparedness and meet public safety and law enforcement professionals in person. The Fair is also a great way to get started on, or to improve upon, your emergency preparedness plans and supplies.

The City of Malibu and the Malibu CERT Team work together to plan and create the annual Safety and Preparedness Fair. Planning starts several months in advance and carries through to the date of the event.
