MENTAL HEALTH RESOURCES

Services are available to support individuals and families coping with the effects and consequences related to coronavirus (COVID-19).

SOCIAL BRIDGING PROJECT

The Friendship Line California is available to provide emotional support for seniors struggling with loneliness, isolations, or anxiety. Seniors can call the Friendship Line toll-free at 888-670-1360. The Social Bridging Project has also been mobilized with more than 1,000 callers proactively reaching out to older Californians who are isolated at home. Callers will check on the individual’s well-being, connect them to resources, and connect with them on a personal level. Learn more at ioaging.org/.
