Regional Board to Hold Public Hearing on Pepperdine's Waste Discharge Requirements

The Los Angeles Regional Water Quality Control Board has published a notice of public hearing regarding the proposed reissuance of waste discharge requirements under the National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System Permit (NPDES) for the Malibu Mesa Water Reclamation Plan, which services Pepperdine University. The hearing will take place on Thursday, December 6, 2012, at 9:00 a.m. in the City of Simi Valley Council Chambers (2929 Tapo Canyon Road).
