Malibu Library Speaker Series
About the Series
The 2017 Malibu Library Speaker Series is a program of the County of Los Angeles Public Library, Malibu Branch, and the City of Malibu featuring speakers on a wide range of subjects that will appeal to a broad section of the community. Speakers discuss the entertainment Industry, literature, science, motivation, the arts, education, sports, travel, food, and the environment. The events are free and open to the public.

Deconstructing The Beatles is a unique, educational and fun multimedia presentation about the creativity of the Beatles, conducted by composer/producer Scott Freiman. In his presentations, Mr. Freiman uses a combination of rare audio and video as well as historical photos, recording track sheets, and more to bring the audience into the studio with the Beatles as they create their music. He focuses on the songwriting and recording techniques used by the Beatles and their production team.
