Mobilehome Park Liaison
The City has created a mobilehome park liaison to assist and work with Paradise Cove and Point Dume Mobilehome Park residents and park management to resolve issues related to living within the park. Although most issues will be handled by the State of California Ombudsman program through the California Department of Housing and Community Development, local residents will be provided with local assistance available at City Hall.

State Ombudsman
The State Ombudsman assists mobilehome owners with health and safety issues, unfair sales practices, warranty, sales contract, and installation issues, Mobilehome residency laws, title, registration, fees, alteration, repair, and sales information.
