The Las Virgenes-Malibu Council of Governments (COG) represents the mutual interests of the Cities of Agoura Hills, Calabasas, Hidden Hills, Malibu and Westlake Village.
The Governing Board, made up of the Mayor or appointed Councilmember from each of the five COG cities, meets on the 3rd Tuesday of each month at 8:30 am. COG meetings are currently being held at Westlake Village City Hall.
