Hoop dance is a fusion of dance, play, and circus skill, and can be a great way to keep fit. Students will learn on-body and off-body hula hooping. Instructor will provide hoops.

Malas, mantra and meditation

Natalie Backman-Spirova will give participants the building blocks to create an at-home meditation practice. Learn two ancient Sanskrit mantras, how to properly use mala beads, and how to integrate meditation into your daily routine.

Prep Vegan food for a week

This workshop will take you from dreading the kitchen to having easy and healthy options for any meal. Food preparation does not require gourmet culinary skills or making everything from scratch. During the 90-minute workshop, participants will learn how to prepare several items to mix and match for lunch and dinner throughout the week. Families can begin to eat healthy even with a busy schedule and on a budget.

Italian for Travelers

Planning a trip to Italy? This lively workshop taught by Fondazione, Italia's most experienced and entertaining teachers, will equip students to be prepared for any situation that travelers are likely to encounter: Checking in at hotels, making reservations, ordering in a restaurant, meeting people, shopping, ordering a gelato, and more! This workshop is intended for students with little or no previous exposure to the Italian language, but all levels are welcome.
